OUR PURPOSE

To educate Guardians and other interested persons regarding state laws, local rules and administrative orders on guardianship in the 13th Judicial Circuit. To provide a flow of information between, and participation in the FSGA and the Hillsborough County chapter. To serve as a vehicle for training and certification of guardians. |

To promote the protection, dignity and value of incapacitated persons though a code of ethics, advocacy and dissemination of information. To further the professionalization of guardianship as an accountable protective service through education, networking, and legislative action. |
